Premiere Wigs and Extensions specialize in the retail of human hair extensions and wigs and synthetic hair extensions and wigs. We take diligence in sourcing from reputable manufacturers in an effort to bring you the best quality products at a fair price.

  Complete customer satisfaction is our goal! As such, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. We accept returns on all eligible products within 5 days of receiving your original order. Your first step is to contact us regarding any questions or concerns before attempting to return an item. Our team will promptly verify your order, determine refund conditions. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product by emailing us at to make a formal request for a return.

5 Days Return Warranty

1) Within 5 Days of receiving your merchandise, your items may be eligible for return for any manufacturing defect relating to SIZE, COLOR, or MATERIAL variations that are different from described.

2) Merchandise must be returned in its original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in its original packaging). This is vital for any returns because we do not sell used products or pre- owned products. For wigs, please ensure the lace is uncut and merchandise is in its original condition.

3) Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to return any or all parts of your order. Items will be accepted for return after confirmation of your request for return. After receiving your return and verification and inspections are completed, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment account. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Reminder: please be sure to contact us before sending back your order. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission and you will be solely responsible for any losses.

4) After the return request has been authorized, returns can be shipped to an address we will give to you. Please kindly complete your return process by sending us an email with your order number, your returned package number, and a photo of the product that you will be returning.
