1. Question: How much hair should I buy?

Answer:

For required length 10"-16" = 2 bundles

For required length 18"-24" = 3-4 bundles 

For required length 24"-30" = 4 bundles minimum

2. Question: Can I color my hair?

Answer: Yes, human hair can be colored, and restyled using hot irons. We recommend grade 7A or higher if you want to color your hair. Using a higher grade will reduce tangling and shedding. For very light colors (for example, 613#, 60# & gray) we recommend grade 8A.

3. Question: The color I received is different from color advertised on the website, why?

Answer: Color variation does result based on the computer monitor pixel.

4. Question: How do I care for my hair?

Answer: Comb with a wide tooth comb daily. Wash hair in cold or warm water; never use hot water as it can damage your hair. Let hair air dry. Comb or bush your hair only when fully dry. Do not color your hair too frequently as this can damage your human hair.

5. Question: How long can the hair last?

Answer: With proper care, your human hair can last 1-2 years if you follow proper caring, washing, and storing guidelines.

6. Question: My hair extensions are tangled, why?

Answer: Hair extensions get tangled as a result of dryness, dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine, and not combing with a wide tooth comb daily. Therefore, to reduce tangles, wash and condition your hair at least once each week. Use small amounts of oil to hydrate your hair.

7. Question: How long does it take for my product to arrive if I order today?

Answer: Processing time: 7-10 Days

Shipping time: 2-6 Days

8. Question: Can I return my hair

Answer: Sanitary and Health concerns and regulations requirements prohibit returns on our hair products including wigs and extensions. Under very rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

 9. Question: Can I cancel my order after I complete my payment?

Answer: Orders are processed daily to expedited delivery. After your payment is completed, orders cannot to be modified or returned unless for product defect. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
